Is that a Firefox add-on?
Anyway, I'm using Video Download Helper, a Firefox add-on. Here's the link: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3006/
With Download Helper, I can download YouTube videos as FLV.

Install internet download manager on your system. It will install a addon in your browser which automatically shows you the link to download when running a youtube video. If you are a firefox user then install a addon "Video download helper",it automatically activats when you run a youtube video.......

I'm using Internet Download Manager which is able to download FLV and other video contents. However it is not free. I suggest firefox free addons if you are looking for a free one.

I know about a site that from there you can download the movie for free. The only software you need is Java. On the url on that movie on youtube, simply put "kiss" before youtube for example "http://www.kissyoutube.com/watch?v=8_C3qK8Z5WU&feature=fvhr" (without quotes). I use this method and it's really simple.
