As I said in my other discussions, I've noticed that a lot of women these days are already mimicking men in terms of cheating in a relationship.
WHo do you think cheats the most? Men or Women? Why?

I do think that men cheat alot more than women, aswell as men have more of a chance to cheat than women,as women seem to be the ones that stay at home so do not get the impulse to go and cheat.I also think that men think that they will never get caught out,are rubbish liars when it comes to them getting caught out.

men are most sincere than women in a relationship... but due to the mindset difference between them men will be quickest one to leave from the relationship which makes him as the 'early cheater' and it happens most of the time and he becomes the 'Always cheater'!!!

Women. Most of women I noticed that after they get the things they want from men, they left them right away.

i'll say that it's Man who cheat. Les hommes sont des porcs. This is what we used to say among friends. they look for women whom they can easily manipulate.

Well, I must say that your question intrigued me. I did have one close girlfriend who cheated on her husband. I don't know that much about men cheaters, obviously they wouldn't confide in me. I mean you couldn't very well ask at a dinner party, "how many of you cheat on your wives?" Logically if say 50% of the male population is cheating, they have to have someone to cheat with, so a significant percent of the female population has to be cheating too.
I did a brief search to see if there were any statistics saying if there were more men or women cheaters. I found a lot of articles listing the most common signs of a cheating spouse, etc., or the various stages of infidelity, but I didn't catch any statistics indicating clearly if more women or men were cheating. There was one statistic however that did intrigue me. Statistics say that 85% of women who feel their lover is cheating are correct and 50% of men who feel their lover is cheating are right. Does that mean women are more sensitive to changes in their partner and have more of a sixth sense that something is wrong in their relationship.
It looks as though women are not more monogomous than men, but men may be more prone to habitual cheating (he just couldn't resist that hot, young secretary. After all, he is a man type of thinking.) Women may be more prone to occaisional infidelity. They feel that something in their marriage is not filling their needs. Another curiosity that appears to emerge is that women appear more prone to have a pre mid life crises and get involved in affairs in their late twenties and thirties while men have the classic mid life crisis in their forties and fifties.

I used to think that men cheated more than women. However, this thought of mine have changed since as far as my experience teaches me I can say that women cheat as much as men do today. Maybe women didn't do as much as men did in the past but they are catching up as time progresses.

I could say both cheat in the same way. It's just that in our society, it is more acceptable when men cheat than women. Women that cheats men are not only happening these days but way way back. Before women cheats on men discreetly now a days, just like men, they do it out in the open. Sad to say many men and women no longer give high regards on commitment.
