The Devil challenged God that He could rule the world better than God. When Adam and Eve took the Devil's side, God gave the Devil and man a time to prove that they were right. The mess in the earth is the result of the Devil and man ruling. The Bible shows that the given amount of time is almost up. Soon God will intervene and remove from the earth wickedness and wicked ones. Then He will rule the earth and teach us to live in harmony with each other and with nature so that the earth will become a peaceful paradise where all mankind will live in peace and unity and love. It won't be long. Learn as much as you can about God and look forward to a great future.

Yeah! well said , and till that intervention, Satan and man are going to rule this world, and so we cannot expect anything better.

Yes, there is really the GOD who existed since in the beginning. You read the Holy Bible and you will soon know why GOD allow the disasters to happen. Sin is the real cause and we people do not search for GOD even these disasters came to our lives. So why not search the Holy Bible and be saved by accepting JESUS as your Lord and Savior.

Hashem does not intercede in the day to day workings of the earth or man's life. Hashem gave us this beautiful world full of wonderful and useful things; He gave us a Book full of guidelines to follow; and he gave us a Mind, all of which we are supposed to use to make our life here on Earth richer and to get back to Him in a Holy state. I don't know if we are following His plan, but I do believe that He is still waiting patiently for us to follow it. He does not cause the disasters you speak of, nor does He fix them. They are a natural occurrence of the world we live in. Just as illnesses are a natural occurrence of the bodies that we have. Hashem is not going to pick and choose who or what He fixes. We have the abilities to fix much of what goes wrong. We would be much further along in the medical field if folks weren't so greedy. We would be able to help people in disasters quicker if Governments got along better. This is human fault. Shalom~Adoniah

"HaShem is the Hebrew word which pious Jews use instead of the yod-hey-vav-hey (vuvh – YHVH[1]) name, in casual conversations, and literally means The Name. When they encounter this name during prayers or when reading from the Torah, they visualize vuvh and say Adonai. HaShem is used 7484 times in the Tanach[2]." (By Hillel ben David (Greg Killian))

What we see everywhere and anywhere is a proof that there's God and that He is existing. There are natural calamities like earthquakes and other things and you say that why isnt God saving us from them. Well, I think those things are reminders that we should remember Him. People are getting more wicked and wicked and they deny God. Maybe God is just trying to help us remember Him that way. I guess the only time people turn to Him is when they are already in trouble.

Hi p3ks625, being a loving God it is an awful way to give a reminder. But I wonder about the devoted who also suffer with the sinners when He gives a reminder. If the the good suffers with the bad then these calamities cannot be reminders to the wicked. It needs a better explanation.

No there is NO "God" out there. As you said IT can't save us from disasters. Even more - it IT WAS there then IT would be RESPONSIBLE for the disasters and shouldn't a "God" be good instead of evil ?

God is really there, but this is how life is. Full of pain, disasters and other calamities. We just have to accept this. If He would save everybody from these calamities, than they wouldn't exist. So this is how life has to be. But God is really there and if He wants to save somebody, He will do so, be sure of that.

Hi DeepakCool, I believe that God is within all life and everywhere present. In other words God is all that is and we are a part of god - yes, all of us. When people talk about God saving us from disasters like earthquakes etc. they are thinking of God as being like a human, a sort of Superman. This is not the way I look at God and we are here to experience life in the here and now. We are meant to have the experiences that we have, in fact we probably chose our life before coming here. Blessings.

all i can say is i believe life started somehow whether their is a God or not. how life exactly occured may be too complex for humans to ever comprehend. faithfully speaking i feel their is a higher power involved in day to day issues of peoples lives. does is mean i'm right? i just don't know.

There is or hasn't ever been any real evidence for god. The problem your describing is the problem of evil first put forth by Epicurius and hasn't been given a satisfactory answer.

I think so because He known when to step at the right moment and time in the people live and not a second later. All we need to do is believe in him with all our hearts? This takes time and pericous momenst and we cannot was time?
