What's your favorite part of cooking?

That is sooooo....sweet of your daughter, great way to bond yourselves!

I like the preparation part. I like it when I am slicing the ingredients and preparing everything I need. But I hate it when I am doing that and something is crawling on my neck or if I am bitter my mosquitoes.

Eating! Ok, smart aleck comments aside, I enjoy planning a meal. Weird, I know, but I like to think about how the colors of the different dishes will look on a plate and how they will taste together. Once it's planned, the rest is just work, kind of, anyway.

My favorite part about cooking is when I know I didn't screw up the food, hehe! I love it when it smells and looks how it's supposed to, the food I mean, and it tastes even better. That is the best justice I can get out of food. Food...is an art to me; I love to cook, and making new things out of food is simply...amazing and could be thanked one day in the future.
