Is A Resident Evil 6 Going To Happen In Your Opinion?

I beat the whole game and from what I see from the ending of the game it doesn't look like it to me. Does anybody know something about a possible sequel that I don't know about?

Ya, it doesn't really seem like there could be a sequel unless they want to do some flashback game. How many more virus outbreaks could there be? They should have a game with Barry and some other characters and show what they were doing in the Resident Evil 4 time line. They should bring back zombies and have it take place in a city again. I think I heard that a sequel would take 4 to 8 years to create but I haven't heard anything else. It might be time to let Resident Evil DIE, which will make me sad but oh well.

I'm sure it will happen. Capcom just posted a large loss for 1st quarter 2010 and they are looking to crank out games at a faster rate. Resident Evil being one of their more successful and profitable franchises, I can say there is a very high chance of seeing a Resident Evil 6, probably releasing late 2011.
