why you are proud of your country?????

I am proud of my country The United States of America because it is the land of opportunity for those that want it.I think that America is the melting pot. I am proud to be American because just to look around and see every color,race,gender living together. I am proud because I have been to many places around the world and I would have to say that America has it's issues but we are privileged. I think that often times Americans don't travel to see other third world countries so we take for granted what America has to offer. I'm proud at how far we have come as Americans and I am excited towards the future of America.

because it is my country. that is foremost reason. I am familiar with it. I know it more than I know other countries.

hi abj I am proud of the US as I am a native born American. I am proud of the land of the free and the home of the brave. I am so proud of all the people that went ahead of me to keep my country free. To be able to say whatever we feel and not have to stand in front of a firing squad if we said something unkind about our America. we are free, and we are dedicated to keeping our country free. My own forefathers came here from Ireland and Scotland to find freedom to worship as they pleased and to be free to speak freely without fear.they came here when this country was just thirteen colonies and from that has grown our large wonderful country. Yes I am rightfully proud.

I am searching for something to be proud of since independence! Its like searching for a needle in a haystack. :) Before independence, there was plenty to be proud of.

I am proud of my country because it is very small,independent,religious,peaceful country covered by huge mountains.Where everyone is treated equally and given free facilities like medicine,education etc whereas in other countries they have to pay money.

i am proud of my country..philippines...i know most foreigners admire my country because of our hospitality..the friendly people here and the beautiful places that are visited mostly by the foreigners...

I am proud of my country because It is very peaceful,we have got evergreen forest which we always get fresh air.Our country is ruled by both king and people we are getting free education.our country is known as religious country and it is very small and beautiful country.
