Who is the best Pound for Pound boxing of the world?

I think the best boxer of pound for pound of the world is Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao. Floyd Mayweather is just like a coward monkey. Pacquiao defeated all the mexican boxer and he proved that he is the one pound for pound boxing of the world last year.

I think it's Manny cause he fights to his opponents with pride and fear of God. Floy , on the other hand chooses to fight to those he thinks he has greater chances of winning and makes excuses to those whom he thinks will defeat him.

Yes for us it is Manny who is the best pound for pound boxer but if you ask Floy Gayweather who is the pound for pound he will says it was him and he will insist that Manny have lost with blah, blah, blah... but he will never mentioned if he is going to fight manny lol. F**king coward and a chicken with big mouth more words with no actions at all.
