How often do you give him a shower? I ask this because you shouldn't do it so often because it can cause big hair loss

I give him a shower every other day. I just bought a dog shampoo last month but still my dog problem still there. Is there other way to cure this at home?

I think you should only shower your dog like once or twice a month, but then again i'm not a Vet i would advise you to look it up or talk to a vet

When you say puppy is it truly a puppy or an adult dog? A big indicator of canine hypothyroidism is hair loss. Other signs include sudden weight gain, loss of energy, and a dull coat.

How is his/her diet? Nutrition is paramount. A raw egg once a week can help the coat stay healthy. Try also finding home made dog food recipes, manufactured dog food in the US is not as healthy as you think any more. They have become like human food; over processed. (Processed foods is the leading cause of human obesity) Also how is his/her stress levels? Some dogs don't coop well with being alone for your work day and are more suited for families with stay at home moms or seniors. Although you CAN bathe them daily (I know dogs that swim in the ocean ever day) you aren't suppose to use a shampoo as that takes away the vital oils they need. If they have a problem with dry skin, daily baths aren't recommended either. Try only weekly if this is the case. If you are just worried about shedding on clothing and floor, then comb the dog daily. This will reduce the amount of hair you will have to sweep/vacuum.
