What is the healthiest way to order an Iced White Mocha?

My favorite drink at Starbucks is the Iced White Mocha. Does anyone have any ides for how to order it sans calories? Or does anyone have any suggestions of a drink that is just as good but that won't cause me to drink my calories for the day in one giant gulp?
