how do you manage to release sress?

For some, stress can cause one to eat much. Daily food intake can be increased due to this type of unstable feeling. Others, would like to go out and watch a movie or go shopping. Commonly, people would spare time to watch television and programs that will make them laugh just so to unwind and keep away stress which makes them so tired and weary.

Welcome to myLot.
Stress is released and comforted in so many ways these days. Some people handle it differently. You are right when you say some people over eat, some people over drink, some people find relaxing ways to unwind, while others fret all day long.
One thing is for sure I try really hard to pray when I am over stressed as it is not healthy to over do anything.
