My hometown is a village
whenever iam there it is so peaceful
no disturbances of any way
no noise pollution most importantly
My studies were all done in cities
i used to go out with friends and enjoy
and whenever we want to shop for some thing we have got a variety of shopping malls to buy those products and
there is a noise pollution all the time and when you wanna relax it will blow your head up
when iam home in village i wanna go to the city and when iam there i feel like going back home.
Iam really not able to decide which is a better place to live
which do you think is better?areu living in a city or village?have anyone of you felt like this.

In the city state, we can found many rare things and life is completely different from village life. But we can enjoy city life and village life. There are differences between city and village life. As a village life, people mostly uneducated and they prefer only to cultivate their farms as a farmer as we can see in movies on T.V. Sometimes, we feel bore in village life and we need city life also. To grow up as a village life is wonderful than city life. I found one movie that a village girl who turns her life into a rich from being a poor girl. This kind of story is very interesting, I may choose village life because the scenery is natural and beautiful, oxygen we breathe is fresh and can live peaceful without any disturbs.

City life is too busy through day and night time and no extra time to entertain with friends or with the family. But village life is simple even there are lot of stuffs in cities than village.

I live in a city but I would prefer a village. Its much quieter. Here we have to listen to ambulances and life flight all the time. I grew up in the country and I love country life too.

I was born in a lowland village in my country but grew up till I finish my primary school years in a mountainous small town.I then moved to study high school on another mountaintop away from home. I then lived in the capital city for 10 years including my college days.I would say that it felt very convenient at first living in the city where shops are open for 24 hours. But as years went by, I started to dislike the city life and long for a village set up. Life is just more healthy in the suburbs because there is such a thing as taking time in the vocabulary of the town folks and not always being in a hurry.Even eating is always a fast grab from a minimart heated in a microwave. The traffic and pollution add to the pressure. All of these accumulated together suffocated me. Now that I work in a company that's not really situated in the heart of the city, I feel so much better already.I had to adjust a little bit to certain things like having to go to the grocery and already buy all that I need for the whole week coz it would take a while to wait for the bus to arrive going to the supermarket. Life is much simpler and even the way I dress is tamed.I also have time now to really enjoy a book in a coffee shop that's a bus ride away from my apartment but it is worth it. The coffee shop stands along the river and I would take my hot drink to seat on a beach chair underneath the trees. It really depends on the person coz a lot of my colleagues prefer to stay in the midst of non-stop
hassles of the city.

him Hemsagar, I think I prefer living in the countryside or a village but not too far away from the city (maybe an hour's ride away will do). In that instance, you will enjoy the fresh cool air of the morning dew in the village but able to pick up some groceries or shopping in town before the day turns dark.
Also, living in the countryside or village allows for more me-time i.e. doing things that one doesn't have enough time to do. More reading, more house work and pottering around the house.
Generally, people are more friendly and have more time for you.

I was born and raised in the city. I have lived the past 21 years of my life living the the city where I took my grade school, high school and college. I make it up to the point that I should visit our province in Baguio and Cebu (Philippines) once a year. Because those place relief all the stress i have. In those province (village) I never feel bored because there are lots of things to do and so many beautiful place to go like beach, Falls, Mountain top and caves.
I love the ambiance of peace in our village but I need the things in the city to survive and lived.

They both have good things and bad things about them. Sometimes I like to be in a quiet peaceful place, and that's what a village would be good for. I live in a city and it's loud. There's always cars street racing down where I live at night and its really annoying. Living in the city is more convenient because I can just walk down the street and there's a huge variety of places for me to go buy food, clothes, makeup, etc. I'm not sure where I'd prefer to live, I wish I could live in both a city and a village. My lake could count as a village I guess. It's nice for a getawat but I'm not sure if I could handle living there 24/7.

For 10 to 15 years, we enjoyed the village life very much.On one way village life is very much LIVE in life with real love & affection of different relations and also natural tasty food etc. But in ther way we experienced disadvantages when we lost our dearest and close relatives due to the absence of medical treatment which is very much available in the cities.

hello hemsagar.....
I too personally feel that a village is a better place than any city. But its jus that different people have different point of view which makes a city better for some people while some people feel a village is better than city.
I have been grown up in a place which cannot be said to be a city or even a village. It was a sub-urb. And so I feel that the noisy and hectic cities cannoy be better than the calm villages.

For me I think my home town is better because there is no disturbance, no noise pollution, we will get fresh air to breath and also we will feel more relax. Whereas in city we will face lot of problems, there will be too many disturbance, we ill not get fresh air the breath. I think village is better than city.

just like you, my hometown is a village and i am studying in a big city too. it's horrible when i am stuck here. i just want to finish my four year time at university as soon as possible to return home. city life is so fast and unfriendly. people hardly help others unless they benefit something. i feel totally lonely here.though products are available but they are all expensive. shopping malls, entertainment centers cost me a lot of money

Now, I am living with my parent in a coastal city. I feel life is good. Environmental pollution is not serious enough to where you life. Here is where economic growth is relatively is good but i believe that with the management of local government, the pollution does not come as much.

I'd prefer to live in the city. I moved out of the city when I married my husband and we're living in a small village. It's damn inconvenient when you're used to having malls and stuff that you can buy in the city for a cheaper price. As for the noise, you can always opt to live in a subdivision where the houses are in a peaceful location. I've always regretted moving out of the city where I grew up, I missed living there. :(

As there is a saying east or west home is the best like wise from my opinion, home town is better than cities because home town is a peaceful place where no disturbances of any noise pollution and where we feel more relax......where as in cities there will be lots of noise pollution due to more numbers of factories, automobiles and also due to lots of population we get lots of problem like insufficient of water supply and etc . .....

Hi hemsagar, personally I'd prefer village to city. I'm living in the countryside with my husband's family. It's so peaceful that I don't want to go anywhere, especially the city.
Cities is getting more and more polluted due to lots of factories, automobiles, rubbish etc. Besides, the big population creates endless seemed traffic jams everyday every hour. People ling in cities seem to be more and more ignorant. They don't care much to each other like in village.
Eventually, I will live all my life in a village rather than in a city.

hi antilove
it is true that cities are being polluted badly for all the reasons
but if you suddenly want to go to a bank or a good movie
in that case you will feel like i should have been there
but it is true that i will prefer my village in the end as i cannot stay away from my parents
it is so very peaceful here like pindrop silence
