Hi mylotters, I have a question for you: Should we evaluate a person by his appearance? Why and why not?

well thats one thing people should not do.as you can see appearance can be deceiving than character, always we must understand their attitude and character to define them. first look is needed but the most important quality is behavior. beauty is only a coverage to people. and it can be altered a persons character does not change like that.

I have this instinctive feeling that if I meet someone... I am already judging of who he/she is... Well, from my mind... I don't say it to her/him... I am sensing if that person is laid back or easy going person...

Definitely NOT. Appearance can be deceiving so we should not judge or evaluate a person by his/her appearance alone. It is more on personality than the looks. A person's appearance is not sufficient to say that he/she is good or bad. Besides, there are good looking one who tend to be bad and there are ugly in appearance, but they have a good heart.

that's the very thing that everyone of us should'nt do bcs we can't just judge the essence of a book by its cover. We should not rely on first impressions. Its not one's fault to got the genes from their parents and gain the certain appearance they project. :)
