Today, President Noynoy will sign the executive order forming the Truth Commission that will investigate the alleged crimes committed by the past administration. Do you think he can actually put GMA herself behind bars? LOL. I'm gonna enjoy this!

That plan of action is of course appreciated. I just hope that everything works as designed. Otherwise, we will just be spending again for nothing. You want to know what my honest opinion is? I don't think he can put GMA behind bars. There are so many anomalies that she got herself involved in, but managed to surpass them all. Remember the "hello garci" case? Nothing happened there.

Nothing happened there because she was still the president. But now that she isn't...(?) I still don't think she will be put behind bars.

Well I hope so and the only person that I see happy about this is Erap because he has already made revenge against the person that incarcerated him as well. For now, let us all wait and see what happens next after the signing of the commission. I think this will be an interesting, dangerous commission since you will be tackling very sensitive issues that hampered the past administration. I believe there are still some loyal followers of the past administration. In Congress and in local government scattered all over the nation. It would be difficult to put them all down as they have entrenched themselves after being in power for the past nine years.

LOL. Come to think of it, Erap is Noynoy's close friend.

Lets just hope he can, the controversies of the past administration is too many to mention, zte deal, fertilizer scams, hello garci, megapacific, mis-appropriation of budget (calamity funds, gsis funds)lavish spending abroad, etc. And if they succeeded in putting her behind bars, i just hope that Pnoy will not do what arroyo did to erap, pardoning him in an instant! so much for reconciliation crap.

I hope so but with the "balimbing" officials here in our government....hmmmmm...it makes me think if it is really possible.

I dont think so. He must focus looking on the future not by counting what has done in the past. How can we move on if he keep on calling sinners from the past. I believe in PNOY's capacity but he must look forward to what our country really needs in the future.

I think Pnoy must include in the investigations all the anomalies by the past presidents, from his late mom's to GMA. There were unresolved cases I'm sure of all alleged anomalies by the past presidents, including that of Marcos.

I hope the head of this COmmission will not be bias. Hilario Davide was appointed As CJ of the supreme court by GMA. I wont wonder if this will just fail the nation need for justice from the previous corrupt government of GMA.
