good neighbors!

It depend on which country. In Vietnam, we are very friendly. Especially, in country side, we live and protect together

They do if good to them. Neighbor are our friend and if they are present we feel more secure. We feel relax and more comfortable to live.

I think that for the most part neighbors can help you stay safe. If you live in a nice neighborhood and know and talk to your neighbors they'll be more likely to keep an eye on your house for you while you're out of town. Or even when you're in town and they notice something suspicious they'll most likely contact you about it.
