Do you think taking vitamins is good for your health

Hello and welcome to myLot..
I thinking is that too much anything is not good for our health. However we as such busy people do not necessarily intake the proper nutrients, therefore a multi vitamin is helpful.
But when we are not educated within the proper nutrient levels we can have a misconception as to what vitamins are useful, helpful and harmful.
So I suppose better health education and asking a doctor is necessary.
