Is it good to work 12 Hr. continuously infront of Computer????? / myLot

Hey Friends, Today I got an email in that email they drawn some picture. It shows that how we should work in front of computer? means your sitting arrangement, eye angle, finger arrangement etc...but I have a doubt that is it good to work approx 12 Hrs. working on computer or laptop. I am a Mechanical Engineer and working as a design Engineer. Normally I am working in software like Auto-Cad and Solid Works where we have to do zoom in zoom out pan activity continuously to modify our designs. So definitely it is not good for my eyes. But apart of this activity is good to work like data entry, surfing jobs etcc...?? Regards, Alpesh

It is not a good thing to sit in front of the computer regardless of the job that you do. Should you need to, stand up, scretch a bit, go grab some drinks and walk around.

Thanks Dear Friend, As you said I should have to start walk, stand up, scratch a bit....etc.... so from today I started all this things properly. Per hour I am standing, walk around and taking rest. Thanks Again.
