I'm very stressed these past few weeks. I have a lot of work and need to render over time to meet the deadline. But, I couldn't focused on my work because of stomach upset.
I noticed that every time I'm stressed, I have also a stomach problem. The longer stress, the longer stomach upset. Is it possible that some stomach problems caused by stress?

It is not just possible, it is a direct effect of stress. Not just stress, also depression and anxiety. It can get worse if continues for a long time. I had gastro acid reflux and believe me it's not easy! So if you feel it for a long time, try to have a little vacation and relax.

It is very true that Peptic Ulcer is a Psycho-somatic problem, meaning bodily problems which are psychologically triggered by stress. We also have to understand that gastric acid secretions are governed by the cephalic phase circuits, this could easily be demonstrated when you see a mouth-watering dish and you feel the stomach pangs.
