To my fellow Mylotter,
Just a quick one, I have a colleague who is in-charge of purchasing our office supplies. Though she was given a task on this and held responsible to check the quality of the items, she is not bother to check the items.
The only thing that she is doing is to check if the item numbers tallies with those written on the Delivery Receipt.
And I am wondering why she is not doing the right thing, thinking she is not after the quality of the items being purchased.

It depends on the product I am purchasing. I won't go for quality in all product but for edible products I do look at the expiry date to check the quality. Items like books, cds, clothes, shoes quality are important but most of the time I ignore the quality aspect and buy the product. I am careful only when it comes to buying edible items because it will have a bad affect on the health, if the item we consume is adulterate or not up to the standards.

I think she does little of the job she is alloted to, it is always best to check the items before even looking at the receipts, in my office it has been once that the item does not correspond to the purchase order and this is frustrating so it is always best to check properly though.

I always used to go for quality. Because I am very concern of quality Because if we purchased good quality things with good amount of money than whatever you bought will last long. So always go for best quality not good quantity.
