Bangladesh paypal or alertpay cash withdraw system

I am a bangladeshi online earner. Recently I got a news if I get a check from paypal or alertpay then its complicated to withdraw from bank. do you know about it. What are the problem is. I really scared about it.. I got payment a sometimes but I invest it in online. But someday think I want to cash it from Bangladeshi bank But I saw the news from beside country india. share your idea.

I have same question in my mind! How to withdraw cash from Alertpay or convert Alertpay check from Bangladesh? I heard from a friend of mine that if visa or international card is available, than Alertpay can transfer money through it to Bangladesh(only if the credit card faciliated with dollar $ transaction). How far its true, I dont know exactly.
