psycology

i ma here to just discuss the aspects of psycology and does not want to involve any religion or caste under this discussion . quite some time before , i used to read bhagawat gita and able bible. the facts told in these epics are really good and worthy . but i am in a confusion of understanding the essence of gita. can any one explain me as to why anger is comming and how this can be controlled . because i am a too short tempered women and often i get anger even for small things. if i want some thing and that goes on wrong direction , or if i did not get the same , my feelings are turning negative and i started shouting others ? how abt you / can i be better explained about the psycological effects of anger please ??

Anger is just an outward expression of your resentment from within. You should learn to accept the things that you can control and the things you can't. often times we can't control what comes along like the weather, the economy, and people's actions, but we can sure do control the way we react to this situations. If you study the actions or reactions towards you meticulously, you will discover that there are always more than one way to view the situation. In pessimism and in optimism, its totally up to you. Its man over anger and it's mind over matter. I hope you get what I mean.
