banned: lovers

when you are brokenhearted, do you have this urge of "banning" lovers? im brokenhearted, fine, but im not bitter. i think im going through the stages pretty well and soon acceptance will find me. but i actually have this urge of banning lovers in my life, for now. i have a friend who recently got engaged and her facebook has a lot, as in a LOT!, of pictures of the proposal. i greeted her and said congratulations then she gave me all the details. i had to say i need to do something to put a stop than to screw her mood. then i hibernated from her facebook. i actually am not checking on her status and practically not checking on her. im not hurt, i know that. but i don't know why! i just can't stand it. (but i promised her that i will be one her bridesmaids on her wedding. the wedding will be next year.) do you have the same dilemma?
