Am I the only person who thinks that Chris Masters has improved a lot?

Back during his first run, Chris Masters was really not all that good. He was just your average muscular man that Vince McMahon gets wet in the trousers all over. He had the Masterlock challenge. Shawn Michaels had a decent match with him, but really that's Shawn Michaels who can have a good match with a grand piano. Then he left for a couple of years due to Wellness violations and came back. Ever since he moved over to Smackdown, he's had some pretty solid matches. Nothing that will be a match of the year by any means, but still, he is a perfectly acceptable midcard wrestler who is actually fairly decent in the ring. Especially on Superstars, where he is one of the highlights during weeks. I think its safe to say we can award the most improved wrestler of 2010 award to Chris Masters.

I absolutely agree with you (except for the last sentence - in my opinion, nobody is more deserving of that title than The Miz, who really stepped up his game last year). Chris Masters is no longer just 'Roid-Pumped Meat-Head #173 any more. He is actually a very solid in-ring performer, and has that superstar look about him. Along with much of the WWE midcard, I do think Masters is deserving of a brief stint in the limelight, just to see how much he can shine with the top dogs, though considering just how packed the current main event is, I doubt that will ever happen, which is a tremendous shame considering how much he's improved.

i remember the time when chris masters and carlito were being pushed by wwe. they had numerous run-ins with dx back then and even figured in an elimination chamber fo the wwe championship and did well for themselves.
going back to chris masters, yeah, if not for the wellness issues he has had in the past, i think, he could have more further up in the wwe. he won't be a champion mind you but a very good midcard wrestler. hopefully, they bring up the masterlock challenge again and it'll be nice to see that against the newer wrestlers. also looking forward to chris masters getting more involved in ppvs and whatnot. chris masters is, like what you said, a good enough wrestler who brings something to a match.

Yes, he does look very good now that he has come back. I liked his master lock challenge earlier, but now to add to that he has his front muscle movement stunt.
But there have been many improved wrestlers this year, even for that matter Kane who finally gets his hand on a title!!
Cheers!

I Agree with you, chris masters has changed, and he has changed in a good way. I remember the elimination chamber match which he teamed up with carlito against cena and others. But you could see back then that he was still learning, now it is like he is ready for a championship match, united states or another... doens't matter...

I think so too. But to tell you the truth, he was not so bad when he first started off with WWE.
