OK...I am going to assume that you were trying to type $1 million...I have already given this topic some thought, although it is unlikely that I will ever have this much money. I would definitely never have to work again, because I would put the money in bank accounts earning me at least 6% interest, which would equal about $5,000 per month in interested earnings before taxes. I would be able to live comfortably on the money earned in interest from my $1 million, and I would never actually have to spend the $1 million itself, so I would have a lifetime income without having to work...

If it was 1 million dollars, I would do something similar to that. Except, I would take half, and build a house and to live comfortably. Half of that 500 grand I would use to invest, probably in a business, both offline and online. Then 500 grand goes into the bank for 10-20 years to build up interest, being untouched so I can get some compound interest.

I don't have any idea about what I will do first. I will be very excited for sure. I think the first thing I will do is to look for packages to go for a big trip. The firs thing may be to go out for dinner with my husband and have a lot of my favorite foods. I also go to may go to my favorite textile stores to get a bunch of clothes, whatever I think cute.

10,000,000? If I one that kind of money first of all I would give away 4 million dollars to my immediate family members, more money to whoever is closer. Then 1 million dollars would be donated to the local community (spread around a lot). Then with my 5 million dollars, I would probably either buy a small island and build a mansion on it and live there for the rest of my life. That, or build a mansion somewhere, and don't work, then travel in my spare time, inviting friends and family. I would also invest about 2 million of those dollars. 1 million dollars would go straight into a savings account for about 20 years, to profit purely from interest. Then the other 1 million dollars would be used to probably build and own a business. Then whatever was left out of that 1 million to buy a business, I would play the stock market or use for online money making.

I would pretty much be in complete total shock. Then I would spend the money on, besides my bills and college, a new vacation with a couple friends.

If I don't have a heart attack and die from hearing that I have won, I would just put it all in the bank and live off the interest. I honestly wouldn't know what to do with that amount of money apart from the usual things that everybody wants like getting a bigger posher house, buying all the latest gadgets, phones, tvs, games consoles and anything else I've ever wanted. I might set up a pet shop business. I wonder how many of you would continue mylotting? I think I :P

How would I feel at the time? I think my reaction would probably be, "YES!" Then, I'd put some money in the bank. I've heard too many stories of people who suddenly came into money but didn't know how to handle it, so they wound up losing it all. So, I'd set some aside, so even if I did go crazy, I'd have back up. Then, I'd give some to my immediate family and some to a charity. As for what I'd do just for fun, I'm not sure. Probably travel. Maybe take a trip to Europe. I honestly can't think of anything expensive I'd want to buy. Most of the things I like don't cost a lot. So traveling and using the money for expenses in the places I visit. Possibly buy a house and decorate it. And have a room that's just a library with wall to wall books. Oh, one thing I might do is trace my family history. Not just online but going to the places they lived, getting documents, finding records. Real genealogy research costs money, so that would be something I'd do. And, if I still had a lot of money, I'd probably live pretty much the same, except if there was the occasional luxury I wanted, I might be more inclined to splurge.

Hmm, that would be VERY nice. I would first buy myself a nice plantation here in Guatemala, then a cabin in Canada for vacations. Then get great computer equipment. And then I would set up four bank accounts, one for each of my sons, one for joint stuff and one for emergencies. I might also adopt a child or two if I could convince my husband to go for it. And finally, I'd take my family around the world.

The first thing I would do is talk to an accountant and a lawyer. The accountant because I would have no idea how to deal with the taxes on that amount of money. Also I am not sure if it is a good idea to pay off my mortage and student loans in one lump payment. The lawyer because given the fact that I was disowned by my family years ago, I am going to be really hostile when they show up on my doorstep expecting me to give them money. After that, I am sure that both my wife and the lodge I belong to will make several suggestions for the money.

I would feel really excited that I don't have to work a day in my life I would pay off the house buy a car go on a shopping spree I would do pretty much what I would want too, but I wouldn't waste it all I would save some of it to last me forever you know. Having money like that would be a dream come true for me.

Well first of all, I wouldn't cash in the ticket - I would sell it! Believe me, there are plenty of people in every country who would give you at least 20 per cent more than its face value. It's money laundering! Turn black money white! Prove I won the lottery? Well here's my ticket!
Then, a permanent trip around the world... Dream on.
