Icing

HOMEMADE BUTTERCREAM FROSTING IS THE BEST!! sorry I don't have the recipe in front of me but you can find it in almost any cookbook!

Super simple: Take an 8 ounce package of cream cheese (or however much icing you need) and add powdered sugar to it until it's creamy and sweet. That's all there is to it. It helps if you let the cream cheese set at room temperature for awhile to soften it before mixing in the powdered sugar.

a friend shared me this one.. Chocolate Butter Frosting 1/2 cup butter 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1/3 cup milk 2 cups powdered sugar (sifted) 1/2 cup chopped nuts (pecans are nice) Heat butter, cocoa, and milk and bring to a boil. Add powdered sugar and beat until nice and smooth. Add chopped nuts and stir. hope this helped.
