Can anybody tell me my IP address not allowed in BUKISA?

I tried to register at Bukisa. However, after registering heres what it says:
REGISTRATIONS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THIS IP ADDRESS.
wHAT would probably be the reason for this?

Are you using a shared computer or a computer in a shared network?
The reason could be someone using the same computer or same network had registered in Bukisa and were banned by Bukisa for violation of certain TOS.
In this case, the IP address is barred from registration.
You can use your relative computer to sign in and submit articles. I do not think you can use the same IP address for posting anymore.
