have you ever tought that you were true freinds with someone

i was friends with this one girl for 16yrs. we grew up together we were pregnant together our kids are 2 months apart. we didn't even plain it that way it just happened. then a couple of weeks ago we got into a fight over something dumb like we always do and then her husband gets involved witch he had no part of and went on the internet and bashed me all over it witch there was no need to do. so i got really pissed off and confronted my friend over it and she stood by him and then to find out though other people all they did was talk bad about me and my family behind my back. i am very hurt i can't be leave that i thought they were my friend and after everything we have been though together they do this i am so done. has this ever happened to you?

Yes my dearest friend and I were very great friends, people use to envy our tight relationship as they use always say that we acted as if we were tied to the hips. As time goes by sometimes friends grow apart. During the friendship neither one can do anything wrong to one another, at least that is how we saw it as no matter what it was we never felt hurt about what one did to the other.
However, as the years go by I think we have outgrown our friendship and well we rarely see and or speak to each other any longer.
Sometimes you just can't rekindle old friendships so I would say allow enough time and see if the friendship can be salvaged it not well then you have outgrown the friendship.

thank you did you and your friend over time become friends agean or the two of you just went your own separate ways and never spoke agean

We, I believe are still friends, however I do not believe we can ever recapture that wonderful friendship. Sometimes space and time ruins a friendship. I know that when we run into each other someday we will be right there to support and assist each other, but we both realize that what we had can never be.

so sorry for what happened to you :( well to me i really liked a guy even meeting just by net we were like best friends. after awhile he started to ignore me and act bad to me :( i also was in love with him already. our friendship ended bcs i stopped trying to talk with him. he hurt me much. i just wish one day he sees how unfair he was with me. you know is really hard to find true friends in this life and when we have we must not ignore or despise them like he did to me. anyway he was the one losing^^ we must think like this. you also cared for them and they act bad to you. im sure that one day they will regret the way they act to you^^ i wish that doesnt happen to you again bcs people that are true friends dont deserve to be hurt^^
