So finally a good news for Indian Paypal users. They have again resumed the electronic transfers to Indian bank and also have kept the $5 wavier fees for cheque withdrawl until further notice. The mail which came last week about stopping the electronic transfer from Paypal to Indian banks was shock to Indian members but I was confident on Paypal and also mentioned the same in few discussions. And see today we had received the mail from Paypal where they have mentioned that they have resumed the electronic transfer. So cheer up all Indian Paypal members and keep on accumulatin funds in your Paypal account and enjoy.

Indians who want to create a Paypal account need to submit their PAN card numbers during registration. What should they do when they don't have PAN cards? Any idea about that?

Well yes they have made it mandatery to keep trak of your income as per RBI. But still you can operate your account and send and receive funds. If you don't have PAN Card, just apply for the same. It is easy and you will get the PAN Card within 3 weeks time. It is always good to have your PAN Card..
