Lines 98 treatment does not appear on the screen

The Lines 98 games in my computer is running normally until a few days ago it has problems. It's just an icon Lines 98 on Task bar, not out the window to play. I tried deleting and copying folders from a other computer (this computer still play Lines normally ) but still occur in this position. If anyone knows that, please help me.
