"Letting Go for Someone you Love is so Difficult"

I admit that letting go for someone you Loved is such a difficult things to do in this life but i am so aware that it is the right thing to do is to let it go and i did recently to let my own Father gone for a very long time but the pain is still there and it is inside of me although i let it go but glad to say that i do forgive him already. Do u also have some experiences of letting go.....and did you fine it hard although you are aware that it is the right thing to do?????????

I have had to let go of many people friends and family. I have had to let my mother out of my life and for the last 7 years I haven't talked to her. I think even with it is friends or family if it is a toxic relationship it is better to let it go. At time I feel bad because this is the same person that gave me birth but it was more stress having my mother in my life then to have her gone. I have forgiven her for what she has done to me but forgiving doesn't mean that you have to allow them to hurt you or bring you down. I hope that things get better for you.

Yes, its very difficult and it was terribly hard to let go...I am experiencing that right now...at the age of 28 I'm already widowed.My husband just passed away a month ago and it really hurts...and its unexpected.I alwayas think of him,remembering our happy days, our discussions before we got to bed,our sweet words, It's like I'm going crazy...I'm always sad and always crying every time I remember him...This is the first Christmas and New Year that he is not with us...Our anniversary that he is gone....But Maybe God has a better plan for me...Maybe this is just a test for me....How strong am I....I just think of our only daughter to be positive all the way....

It is really very difficult to let go of someone you love.
it is a normal reaction for every person to be sad when someone leaves.
It is just a matter of acceptance.

I did had a painful experience on this, letting go of the one you love is the most painful thing to do, when u knew u still have feelings for him but have no choice but to let him go.

we do admit that letting go is the hardest part to let go but sometimes we have to choose for whats best for the both person if they think they could still be happy then do not let go and if they think it's not working out then its time to let go of burden.

yes.. nothing can compare the pain of letting someone you love so much go.., but if it makes them happy.., i wouldn't be selfish and hold them back.. no matter how painful would that be.. i had to let go of someone i love before.., due to incompatibilities..,and it was so painful indeed..but i believe that there is nothing that time cannot heal.. i had to be strong and move on..and thanks God I did..=)
