You can request a check from Alertpay. Cash the check from alertpay. Use the money to buy a moneypak. Enter moneypak number to transfer money to paypal. Or you could buy a giftcard and sell the gift card online and have the other person pay for it through paypal. Same applies for any other items and you could sell it for more then you pay for to make a profit.

This has been a problem for me too. There's no way to transfer directly your alertpay fund to paypal account. So before, I used to use my alertpay fund in buying referrals in neobux and have my withdrawal via paypal. But since I am not a verified member in alertpay, that technique is no longer allowed, so now, I just have to sell my alertpay fund to others at a very low cost, just so my alertpay money would not be wasted. :(
