Well i trust my partner!

You can tell if someone is lying is if he or she avoid making eye contact.

Some people are very good at lying. Other people are horrible at it. I can usually tell when someone is not being truthful with me. They say that the eyes are the mirrors to the soul. If this is true, then all you have to do is search someone's eyes for the truth. If someone is lying, they usually can't look you in the eye while they are fabricating their lie. If they can lie and look you in the eye, my trust in them begins to falter. i could always tell when my late husband was lying. he would always give himself away with a smile or a laugh. I only wish everyone was not good at lying. It would make the world a better place to live in.

You can tell that he's lying when he's too defensive about it. For example, when you ask him, he immediately raises his voice, it is his way of shutting you up for you not to ask further about the things that he doesn't want you to know. There are times too that when you are talking to him about it, he cannot look at you directly in the eyes. Or he maybe fidgeting while he talks...but the best way to know if he is lying is to caught him off guard about it...you can do it by plainly asking him in a calm, natural manner so he may not get suspicious that you are trying to fish out information that you already have, and if he says otherwise, then you'll know all are lies...

you'll just ask some tactics questions then if he's sweating or want to change the topic then you'll know if he's lying or not.

When you caught him in the act or you have the evidence that your partner is cheating and then your partner will deny it or make an alibi... then your partner is a cheat!
