I am a Filipino. Sad to say I think the reason why the Filipinos are like that because they want everything instant. We want to be rich instantly, we want things to be done instantly. That's the reason why Filipinos are addicted or at least some of them gambles their money to the lottery and pray to win the jackpot. It's about time to tell the people that the President is not a Fairy Godfather that waves a magic wand and rice shall be ready to harvest in an instant. Another wave and the houses for the poor are built. Another wave and the Pasig River is clean. The President is right in this line.
"Magpahayag kayo ng mangandang mungkahi at magusap tayo hindi ung puro pambabatikos lamang ang alam nyo"
Very well said President Aquino. Its about time that the Filipinos should wake up from its fairy tale dream.

I think its not crab mentality. Their just saying their opinion. The president could not please everybody, no one does. So better take it on a positive way. Its great that there's a lot of critics regarding the SONA. Maybe it could help our president to make his plans of his reign.

[b]They the RIGHT[/b to complain Jepek.....
If i remember correctly, a lot of supporters from different candidates where doing the samething refusing to accept these and that. i believe his SONA was sound but i have to be honest, there were some key points there still missing in terms to agrarian reforms on lands, OFWs and more specific job offers.

Well with Rep.Lagman he is the minority floor leader so he's from the opposition so in a way its his job to "opposed" the president. Check and balance is important Pnoy and his cabinet members are not perfect and i guess its our job as Filipino to be discerning if individuals saying not so good things about the government are just mere black propagandists or really had good intention.... I'm quite sure that most if not all Pinoys want the best for our country.

We can't blame Rep. Lagman, I think he is just doing his job. As for the case of ANAKBAYAN, The president cannot please everyone. Considering that Pnoy was only 30 days working there were already laws that were implemented. I do agree with you that Crab mentality will eventually affect our countries road to success.
