Where chinese writers hang out?

Hi fellow mylotters, especially those from chinese speaking countries. I would like to get to know some chinese friends who share similar interests such as blogging, beauty etc. I know there are many chinese forums out there but the problem is my chinese s*cks..I would feel more comfortable mingling with chinese who are able to understand some English. Any suggestions?
