When Michael Jackson performed in 'The Jacksons Five' he was called as 'The big nosed black jackson', but he was gaining great success.
Later on when 'Thriller' released people found changes in his nose, and when 'Bad' was released people found him white, and there were changes and changes in his personality throughout his life, but he never stopped achieving success.
Just imagine, what would have happened if he hadn't transformed his physique even the slightest bit?

Yup, you're right! He had a skin disease. But the disease showed up after his first cosmetic surgery. And yes, legally he still was considered as a black male but with the help of cosmetic face and nose surgeries he transformed himself which made people say, "A black man transformed into a white woman".

Hi TheKingMan.
Despite anything, MJ would have been loved the world over and would have been the King Of Pop. There is no denying to this. The music and the dance that was the soul of his performances and records, would have been still the same whether he was black or white.
This is because Music is not supposed to have any boundaries, and it does not discriminate or get biased on colors or gender or any other thing. The soul of performances of MJ was his energy and this would have remained the same.

Yeah you're right.
You say, the soul of his performances was his energy and this would have remained the same.
But I think, his energy would have been even more if he hadn't undergone any transformations, because his cosmetic surgeries and less eating to achieve the thinnest figure led to weaknesses and syndromes.

Michael Jackson was an icon of the music world. Regardless of how he portrayed his physical appearance, his music will always be remembered. I grew up around the same time as Michael Jackson. I believe I would be one year older than him. I was a fan since the beginning of the Jackson five. Personally, to me he will always be that big afro wearing kid with the beautiful voice. His lifes challenges did not take away from his music and instead showed that like most of us, he too had his personal issues. Regardless of his changing physical appearance, I will always regard him as that little African American that took the world by storm and left a legacy of his life in his music.
