Before I was really short but because I drank 2 to 3 liters of milk a day I grew 5 inches of my height. Before I was 5'1 but because of milk I'm 5'6 in just how many months. And before my skin has many pimples but now it's all clear. Milk is one of the best drink in the planet believe it or not. Who ever does not like the taste of milk just keep drinking, the more you drink it you will be able to appreciate it's taste. Strong bones, strong teeth, clear face, taller height and longer life, thats the effect of milk drinking. Better drink your cool, hot or warm milk!

Milk has turned me into a monster. I love milk, especially chocolate milk. My normal intake has always been higher than the average person, ever since I was a kid. By 17, I was drinking a gallon a day. I used to get criticized for drinking so much milk, but I was bigger, stronger, heavier, packing more muscle, and still growing. I only grew two inches. When I started going through a gallon a day, I was 5'7" 260 pounds at 17. I was a big boy. Played football, and worked in a grocery store moving the heaviest stuff possible because I could embarrass adults on how strong I was. Now, I am 29, 5'9", and I weigh between 340 and 345, and probably not human anymore. My milk consumption has skyrocketed to where I can drink 2 gallons on a normal day, but 3 if I have been working hard. I can drink a gallon in minutes now since it practically a glass to me. I can't believe how it has helped me get stronger. I love it when people try to see which is stronger, my muscles or a machine. I have never gotten sick from drinking this much milk, and it always draws attention because of how big I am. Some people even commented on having kids drinking a lot of milk, and see me as a preview of what they have to deal with. They would have very strong kids, but they would have to finance their appetites. No can believe how much milk I drink in a week. My bones probably make steel and concrete look week by now.

Recently some experts start to doubt whether milk is as nutritious as we used to believe. I have heard some reports. And they are still controversial.
But no matter what will the result be, I like drinking milk, not only for its nutrition, but its taste also.
