My mom was pregnant 4 times, I can tell you that its normal that you are not having any appetite at all. Actually she suffered from a lose of her appetite in, and between the the 3rd and 4th month either. It is just natural, soon you will be getting your appetite back and moreover, you will be a bit of glutton either:) If you barely feel like eating anything, then you should ask your doctor.

Oh, I've just lost my appetite between the 3rd and 4th month. From that before, my appetite still remains. I will wait until this poor appetite goes away. Thank you for sharing!

Congrats on your baby, from what other says you can start with eating little by little time after time, whenever you feel like eating, my friends who have babies says that the first few months of pregnancy they usually lose appetite but when the body have adjusted it will be back in no time. Plus eat real foods and the nutritious one so that your baby will be healthy and as much as possible avoid radiation, don't stay on the computer for a long time since its bad for the babies long exposure in radiation... Good luck on your baby and God Bless.

Hi antilove, Congratulation. Some pregnant women can have a difficult time of it,especially in their first trimester. They suffer from many conditions such as, vomiting, swollen feet, mood swing, appetite increasing or deceasing, etc. In your case you don't have an appetite. Because your baby need nutrition, and that can only come from you, you must speak to your obstetrician about this conditions, because you don't want to put your baby's health in jeopardy. You don't have to eat a lot in order to remain healthy. There are healthy shakes and fruits and vegetables that are filled with healthy antioxidants that is good for you and your baby. Your prenatal vitamins is a must take, they could also help increase your appetite. Good Luck Maybe you can just eat many small meals through out the day to increase your caloric intake. Whatever you do, above all, see your doctor to get the professional advice.

make yourself eat. thats the best way to do it. you have to make sure your eating enough food throughout the day. if you dont you will experience fatigue and tiredness altogether. i understand you dont feel like eating but you have to force it down. exercising a little may help but dont exercise to much youll make your stomach even more upset!

Thanks diablo, my husband also has the same idea. I don't feel like eating but I have to, in one way or another. Exercise seems a potential way to bring appetite back to me. I'll try^^

Here some pregnant women have the appetite change. They suddenly prefer to eat something sour. And the sour things may give them better appetite because it is good for the digestion. I love China

Don't worry, once you get over the first few months you will slowly get your appetite back. Meanwhile just eat a little and often eat foods that appeal to you. Eat more small meals than normal and you will soon be feeling better Good luck

Thanks for sharing. I also read on the internet that pregnant women had better eat several small meals instead of big ones. I myself cannot eat much in each meal, thus I feel hungry more quickly.

Your baby will be fine when it comes to your eating habits. It's not unusual to loose your appetite during pregnancy, its part of that morning sickness thing. When your appetite does come back go with what you crave. Leave the stuff that disgusts you alone. Your appetite will dictate what it needs. Don't forget it's very important to discuss this kind of stuff with your doctor.
