Uncommon Signs of Pregnancy

Me and my mother were talking about my grandma who passed away two years ago. My mom told me that her mom use to know by just looking at a woman/girl if she was pregnant. They had a neighbor who was still in high school and before she could tell her parents or anyone, my grandmother knew she was pregnant. It made me think that in the old days, before pregnancy tests were common, women had to have another way to figure out if their pregnant.
My mom said that her mom use to be able to tell from a woman's chest and hips. If they had grown or stretched in a certain way, the woman was pregnant. What other uncommon signs of pregnancy do you know? (Besides, miss periods, vomiting or sudden food cravings).

Some people have keen eyes for something. Your grandma could see the the transformation of a woman's body early on in the pregnancy. I could tell if a stranger is good or bad on first meeting. I could also deduce a story from fragments. I suppose people are simply given intelligences for something. But as to the signs of pregnancy, I think idiosyncrasies are uncontrollable at this stage.
