What is use of best response voting in Mylot...that person will gain $$$$...

Hi what is use of giving best response to some one...which will yeild him more dollars..or else..Any idea ?

I don't know I gave someone a best response before but his number didn't go up unless that happens upon update, I don't know how any of it works really....
