I used to give my friends a hard time for getting "sucked in" to the latest Facebook gaming craze...until I found Bejeweled Blitz.
Somehow, the creators of this simple game have created an entire community. Friends cooperate to enter weekly prize drawings, engage in "smack talk," and now give coins to one another to be used for powerful "boosts."
Are you a Bejeweled addict? In which aspects of the game's community are you engaged? How frequently do you play, and for what amount of time? And most importantly, what combination of boosts have you tested that allow for those high-scoring games?

LOL I never play any game in facebook.

I am not addicted to this game at all. I know that I have seen it on Facebook, but I have never played it before. I think that I should give it a try though.

I am definitely one of those who are addicted to Bejeweled Blitz. I enjoy the game because it's only one minute, so not too long, and there's a leader board - you against all your facebook friends that play the game. So definitely a competition there. I rarely use the power boost. And most of the time, when I get the high scores, it's without any of the boosts! Have fun, cheers!

I got my first computer in 2000 and Bejeweled was the first online game I ever played and subsequently became addicted to. I do enjoy Bejeweled Blitz as well but the 1 minute time limit is near maddening. I can never score very high and I'm blown away by some of the high scores my Facebook friends can rack up. I usually play Bejeweled Blitz a few times a week at least. A very enjoyable game.
