who will catch somalian sea robbers?

inspite of fact many countries are facing problems with these people ,some efforts have been done ,alot of efforts are yet to be done ,who will bell the cat?

I being a Marine Engineer has been through that part of sea route effected by these Somalian sea robbers and no doubt its dangerous,they are quite afraid of the US coast guard ships guarding there though, i think UN war ships or joint group of War ships and naval ships by strong countries should guard there, and it is not difficult to destroy these pirates.Merchant ships dosent have much ways of protection like weapons and all are not allowed.I think there should be quick action if some ship informs of danger .This is responsibility of all countries of world and joint effort in needed.
