Would you like an Instant Notifier in myLot?

At every moment, in myLot, many new discussions or comments are being submitted from different corners of the world. The myLot page needs to be refreshed to get new submissions visible on the page. When I submit a discussion or response on a topic and work on another, I often miss to read the responses submitted by others on those topics unless I go back to that page. So, I think it would be better if myLot adds a feature that will notify us instantly whenever someone gives a response where we have also submitted comments. What do you say? Wouldn't it be good feature?

Have you noticed the 'recent' tab above the discussions?
Those are the discussion which have had the most recent activity and I have that page open and refresh it often so that I see the ,ost recent posts.
Everything is there

Yes, I totally agree with you. During this time I get a notice from MyLot via email. I always open my email, to find new discussion or comment on my discussion. I was greatly assisted by a notification via email. But when using the phone, I can not open the email, to find out the notification. Hopefully admin MyLot hear opinions of its members.

An instant notifier will be really a cool feature to sport on myLot.
Many big sites like facebook and orkut have an instant notifier.
I think the mylot developer team should incorporate this feature.It would be like a realtime update of any discussion which we have started or responded. No need to refresh the page, making full use of AJAX implementation.
This feature will also lower down the load off the myLot servers as then only a specific part of page will be refreshed rather than the whole page.
