I hate this feeling...........
It is very itchy and causes burning sensation..........
My skin has rashes due prickly heat.
I don't know how to cure it for this is my first time to experience. My skin is very ugly and I am ashamed of this for people might think that I have a communicable skin disease.
What are the best home remedies to cure this?

It's the rainy season now in our country...I wonder why you still have that prickly heat? It's common during summer, isn't it? Anyway, at my age now, I do still get that itchy back during summer and my best home remedy is 50-50 baby powder and cornstarch (the one that is use for starching clothes). I take a bath more often and lavish my back with that combination of baby powder and cornstarch, it relieves the feeling of itchiness and the same time it dries up quickly the prickly heat on my back. However, there are over-the-counter creams and lotions for prickly heat like caladryl, calamine lotion and lactacyd to name a few.

I actually wonder why do I still have these prickly heats and they are very visible in my arms. I take a bath twice a day but still I got this.
The cornstarch didn't work on me.

Well I guess you have to see your dermatologist, it could be a symptom of a more serious skin disease and beside the derma is the best person to ask about it.

hi dorisday I have not e xperienced that for ages as the air has been hot but dry. its humidity that causes it for me so I dust my self with
'either Mennens baby powder or with corn starch to ab sorb the sweat that
cause the rash.Bathing in an aveeno bath with oatmeal in the product also eases the itchiness of prickly heat.

I have tried cornstarch but it worsened my condition.
I also tried powder and even foot powder but to no avail.
I will try that aveeno bath with oatmeal if it is available in our local stores.

I had it back when I was a kid. I thought only kids can have them. You can try Caladryl.

You have to ensure that you always wear clean clothing.
It actually not caused by the sun, but is a side effect of the heat that you are experiencing during hot days.
When its hot bacteria tend to strive and grow at a faster rate.
I would suggest you keep yourself under the shade. Get over the counter remedies for bacterial and fungal infections and apply them usually twice a day. It depends on the brand though.

I always use clean clothings. In fact, I do change my dress at least three times a day. I don't think this is caused by fungus or bacteria. There are no rashes in the skin under my dress. The rashes are in my arms mostly and it is very visible.
