Help with paypal im confused

ok i made a new paypal account becuse my other one got closed do to my band account is their some way i can verifi my paypal acount with out a bank acount becuse it cost a lot of money for me to open a bank acount and i dont have the money and i have some site that i earn money on and i cant transfer it over unless i get my paypal verified can some one help me i dont know what i can do

have you connect the admin of paypal?you can email to him or call their customer service to have a try

what does admin of paypal mean like call them cuzz iv called them and all i get is a automated thing

oh a Convio Merchant Account i tryed that but still it says i need my acount number to recevie payments i dont know whats wrong
