Fashion: Oh no? I'm Wearing Stripes Again?

Hi, mychickencurry. I like to wear stripy shirts too. I have a green stripy shirt that I have worn last week. I love wearing these type of shirts, they are very casual and comfortable. I have two tops that I love wearing. One is orange the other one is a bright coral color. I love the cap sleeves on them. They are so pretty and stylish.

I love stripes and I too have a collection and I'm trying to stop myself from buying anymore striped clothes. I have striped dresses, sweaters, blouses, and I even have a pair of striped shoes. I'm just in love with stripes for some reason.

i am not fond of stripes though i have striped shirts. i like plain tops and denim. though i must say it also depends on my mood.

I have only one stripes casual blouse; I like stripes but don't feel to wear them everyday.

I like stripes, but I don't wear them all the time. Now, I have two pieces that I got this year with stripes, that's it. So I am not a huge fan of stripes, I guess, but I do like them!

Haha this happened top me too but not with stripes. I was fond of buying gray colored t-shirts or blouses and I didn't realized, almost of my clothes color were gray.I stopped buying gray colored clothes now. I Feel I'm wearing same clothes everyday.

If I do not like something, I get rid of it. It is funny, I think I have purchased three striped t shirts this year. I think men's button down striped shirts are very crisp looking and look professional.

I think there is nothing wrong with having a stripes collection, But i guess you need some other kinds or prints of shirts so you won't get sick of the stripes, Plains are not bad too, they actually makes you look a bit formal than stripes, Small checkered prints are very good-looking too, the big checkered stripes seems to be too loud. I like to wear comfy clothes that looks trendy, if it is trendy but not comfortable I'd probably not going to wear it.

I have this polo shirt a gift,,that is the only stripe clothing i have in my closet.Mostly t-shirts that plain if not black its white..

I like wearing black and white. I think that these colors can become casual or formal depending on the accessories I use. Since I have to go to work everyday and I do not have a uniform, these colors make my life easier too. I can mix and match and accessorize, thus, I do not have to buy too many clothes. I don't think I have anything with stripes in it myself. Then again, if I dig deep in my closet, I suppose I might find something. There are times where I get clothes and really do have far too many. It might be garage sale time, to get rid of some of those clothes. Still, no stripes at first glance in my closet, but as I lurk further back, who knows what it holds. As long as the clothing makes me feel comfortable, then I think it doesn't matter what it looks like. I will be wearing it no matter what. I tend to not be a person who is rather particular about what I wear. As long is it does its job in covering me and it fits, really there is not too much of a big deal. It has to be comfortable as well but I have no preference for the most part.

Same thing happened to me when I was a teenager. I used to wear all blacks. Not that I'm emo or anything. I just like wearing black because it goes with every accessory. Or I can match any black top/bottom with any colored clothing and it wouldn't clash. Now, I sometimes find myself wearing black, but for more practical reasons, like being in public with a stain on my clothes, cause I usually have my kids and my 7month old baby with me when I go out.

I am short and fat, so I cannot wear stripes. I chose clothes based on colors, and mostly are plain (without motif). I hate when I have to wear jacket, as it will make me look thicker. But I love wearing any kind of dresses.

I guess,, I only wear stripes in summer.. More often , just plain colored shirts. My style is just plain classic..Nothing fancy...

im not a fan of stripes. i dont mind my orange plad shirt i have with a collar. if anything dressing that way makes me UNCONFIDENT when i walk out the door. when will people learn to keep it real?
