what we need to be a musician??

Firstly thing you need to choose a specific instrument that you want to play.If you know how to play several instruments, choose the one that you are best at.It will help you succeed more if you are focusing on one goal.You can also play other instruments,but they can be just backups or stay one where you want to be known of. Second thing you need to do is to learn and study about music theory.This will include things such as musical notations,chord structure,chord progressions,and other melodic conventions of your chosen musical style.It can either be of jazz,classical pop,and other types.They all have different theatrical traditions which take years to study in order to master.You have to practice a lots.

Patience, Practice and Hard Work!

To be a musician you have some internal talent or desire to be a musician and go to get admission in good music collage.

the obvious things are talent and dedication. I dont think you can just become a great musician. Like others said, its either in you to begin with or not. Ability isnt everything though. As long as you have a strong passion for music and are able to string a song together, it could work out for you. Depends on what you want to achieve with it...What level you want to take it to.
