This summer has been hard me!

On my body is has! This summer has been more humid then the past years! I know I have a sinus infection that has not cleaned up from this spring! This weather makes me sweat like a dog and having hot flashes from menapauseal doesn't help either! I am on pills for the hot flashes but they are slowly getting better! Then my feet and my knees have been bothering me more then ever! I just wish fall would get here and work would slow down! That isn't happening because school is starting the end of the month! At least I have some vacation coming up! That should help! So how has been your summer?

Here the summer has been pretty good so far, even with the hot humid weather. We did have one huge electrical storm that killed my TV. But that may not be a bad thing as I don't waste anymore time watching TV. Today was pretty hot but this evening is a bit cooler So I would give a 
I was just reading about Pakistan and the rains and floods that have killed up to 1000 and more. They say it's the worst weather they have had in a long time. We are definitely experiencing some climate changes.

You are right on Pakistan! they should got a ton of rain and lots of flooding! Last I heard it was over 1,100 killed! Not good at all!
In the US we seem to have extreme climate conditions! Like in California it is so dry they have forest fires all the time! Out east they have been even more humid here! Like in the 90's and in the 100's! It has been crazy everywhere!

When I see what's happening in other parts of the earth, I am very thankful for the weather here, whether hot or humid or raining in the summer or snowing in the winter. I could be much worse.

It has been better than last year. Last year I thought I was in love but I lost the ability to be online during the 4th weekend. I had a hard time trying to do everything in a hour or two a day. This year my PC is working and I have a guy who Really loves me. I got better hours to work Plus There was The World Cup and The X Games .

My summer has gotten better for me as of today! The humidity is low today and there is a breeze! It should last a few days maybe more! Now that football has training camps going I am looking forword to pre-season games! Hey I feel better allready!

well, we hit our first 100 today, and after 68 of them last summer, its not been TOOO bad, but it is coming onto the historically hottest month of our summer, August, so I'm going to guess we will see at least a dozen of those 100's yet to come (supposed to have a weeks worth this week alone.)
Other than that - I would like to find a way to be cooler without running the electric bill higher... HA!

You live in Texas! It seems like you really have hot weather in the summers! Yikes! We have not gotten that high but I would love to find a cheaper way to keep cool also! I almost screamed when I saw my last electric bill! It will worse this month! yikes! Summer is so fun!Lol!

My summer has been cooler than normal. Seems as if all the heat has concentrated itself on the other side of the rockies. Still, I'd rather have fall or spring weather...

I know there have been some parts of the US where they had really high humidity and tems in the 100's! At least it hasn't been that way everywhere! Thanks for a cold front going through the weekend it has cooled dwon and less humidity! I can't wait for fall!

Hi, sorry to hear of the maladies that are afflicting you this summer. I wish the youth would understand how behavior through life begins to affect our bodies in later life. I wish i had realized this, I may have done a few things different regarding my health. I am 53 now and I also have seasons where I suffer from physical maladies more than in other seasons. Summers for me are pretty good so far and this one, well besides the humidity here in the City, has been ok. Hope you can endure in relative comfort.

It is better for me starting today! The humidity has dropped and there has been a breeze all day! Finally! it last at least a few days maybe more! We will see! Another thing about summer I hate is mosquito bites and fly bites! Sometimes I forget to put insect repellent on! So i get alot of mosquito bites and sometimes the flies are so bad they bite harder then the mosquitios! It really sucks! I can't wait for fall!

I have really struggled this year. Britain normally has a temperate climate but this summer has been very hot and humid or very hot and wet. This has given me a lot of problems as I have found it really hard to cool down and I got really bad heat rash As well as that when it was muggy it was really hard to sleep and opening windows didn't help as there was no breeze.

I have to deal with some heat rash but I was surprise it didn't get worse then it was! At least we got a cold front over the weekend that went through. It has cooled things off and it is less humid! It is about time!
