How to access US based jobs while I am in a Non-US State?

I am in a non-US State. I am from Philippines. I found lots of jobs online like data entry or any typing jobs offered in some US states. I am interested to join or apply to the said job as I am convinced that I can make money through that way. But my main problem is, I can't access to their jobs online coz they asked for a phone number which I can't provide since I am located in the Philippines. :(
