Help with Paypal / myLot

Ok so when I buy stuff why isn't it taking money from my account balance, instead it takes money from my credit card, can anyone help me?

I have left paypal now. And now the good alternatives of paypal are Alertpay and Moneybookers. So I suggest you to try Alertpay or Moneybooker.

Probably, it`s because your currency in PayPal is not the same as payment. I had the same, when I supposed to pay GBP, but I had all money in USD.
