Can't publish links / myLot

Is any one else having trouble with My Lot this evening ? I am trying to post a discussion which includes some links to another web site. However it tells me it can not accept some of those characters .I have been able to post links in the past without any problem at all .

I saw your number of post and comments to only 357 , you need to have 500 plus in order for you to paste link in your post. I did that also but it blocked me to paste link.

I was not trying to past links, I was writing the urls out . I wrote out a URL to an article of mine and another site and it didn't block it all . This said I could not post characters like # , rather weird
