Pay sites for non US or Canada?

Almost every pay site ive found, whether its ppc ppp, surveys, ect.., only work for US and Canada or give a hard time to people elsewhere. I live in Costa Rica and have not found a site that suits my location, does any one know of anything that could help my and other in my situation?? THX
